I found the staff attitudes and work ethic excellent. They stood out to me, and . The hotel had amenities available for every traveler. My toddler enjoyed the kiddie park. I also enjoyed the lazy river.
The food was generally good, but I thought the entertainment was a little lame.

i booked a swim up junior suite and it was awesome. the suite was super clean and the swim-up pool access was so convenient, it. i loved just stepping out of my room and directly into the pool. it was really really cool! there were also plenty of loungers nearby.
it only happened once or twice, but i had to wait a few minutes.

the hotel is on a beautiful stretch of beach, it gave awesome views. it has great access to the ocean and nearby attractions like shopping centers are easily accessible by taxi. the hotel provides transportation options too.

the buffet had a great variety of food options. the seafood restaurant offered fresh catches, and the italian restaurant had really delicious pasta dishes. i ate at the japanese restaurant and i was very impressed by the service.

the staff at the front desk was very friendly and efficient during check-in. our butler, nazwah, was so helpful and took care of everything we needed. the pool staff kept the area clean, and they provided quick drink service.

the staff were helpful and friendly, i could ask anyone questions. mr higgins, the guest services manager, was able to secure last-minute hibachi reservations. keenio, the ball man, was prompt and organized.

i found the staff to be nice, and the rooms were also nice, i think. the beds were comfortable too.
accessing the restaurants became difficult, i noticed. restaurants that took walk ins denied entry, i realized privileged guests alone could reserve seats. it felt as if i was begging to dine at a resort, the first time i've felt that way.

the swim up pool was nice to have access to.
check in took forever. i waited almost two hours past the stated check in time to get my swim up junior suite. the food options were limited and many restaurants were closed.
