well kept grounds good food friendly staff slow check-in lacking entertainment inconsistent service
The grounds were very well maintained. I saw staff cleaning and tidying constantly, it looked pristine. The restaurants offered a good range of options. The food was tasty. I appreciated the staff's friendliness. Most were approachable and willing to help.
The check-in process was slow. I waited a long time. It was not very efficient. The daytime entertainment lacked energy. The hotel needs music during the day, also a more engaging entertainment team, it would improve the atmosphere greatly.

mixed feelings about this hotel
restaurant access privileged guest
i found the staff to be nice, and the rooms were also nice, i think. the beds were comfortable too.
accessing the restaurants became difficult, i noticed. restaurants that took walk ins denied entry, i realized privileged guests alone could reserve seats. it felt as if i was begging to dine at a resort, the first time i've felt that way.
